The super concrete is an easy and fast system for concrete surface grinding and polishing, without the use of wax. Thanks to KLINDEX technical and development research department, now it is possible to change a standard concrete floor in a polished, hygienic, damaged-through- use resistant, easy-to-clean and beautiful surface, like marble or terrazzo. Factories and firms all over the world use this modern system for any commercial, industrial and domestic buildings . There is no comparison with other floor systems when we talk about the life of a polished concrete floor. It increases
the strength for old, deteriorating, weak concrete finishes, with a bigger resistance to abrasion and an increased resistance to impact.
The Super Concrete System process removes the top part of the surface of the old concrete floor (including
any patchy, partial, or whole coatings), and hardens the exposed surface beneath. It converts porous concrete
into a dense surface

Existing Concrete Floors

- Old coatings must be removed to bare concrete. And floors must be clean.
- Damages should be repaired.
- Grind with Metallic Diamond S.
- Stain with BETON STAIN COLOR if you need to colour the cement floor.
- Impregnation with BETON HARDNER.
- POLISH with FK Phenolic Diamond.
- SEAL with POLISH BETON.
- BUFFING with BETON SEALER HS.

New Concrete Floors

- By the addition of coloured aggregates, it is possible to achieve a very elegant aspect with different variations.
In addition, you can scatter crushed coloured glass into the top layer of fresh concrete: the grinding, honing and
polishing processes will reveal the glass pieces.
- Select colours and aggregates of concrete.
- Place concrete and let cure for at least one week before any grinding.
- Grind with Metallic Diamond.
- Stain with BETON STAIN COLOR. (When staining new concrete it must normally be cured for at least two
weeks at 20°C. For optimum results, allow concrete to cure for four weeks).
- Impregnation with BETON HARDNER.
- POLISHING with FK Phenolic diamonds.
- SEALING with POLISH BETON.
- BUFFING with BETON SEALER HS.

Comparison with WAX and PAINT COATINGS

Polish or wax coatings are usually used to get a shiny floor. But the higher the shine, the most it will be subject to scuff. That
is why they last for a relatively short period of time. Furthermore heavier coats are more vulnerable to scratching and
general wear. Therefore such coating must be frequently stripped before application of new coats.
This is valid for paint coating based on acrylics, epoxies and urethanes (PU), as these must be frequently repainted
due to wear. In high traffic areas every 2-5 years.
So even if polish and wax sound cheaper, actually these are very expensive. Long term, there are no more expensive
form of floor coatings than polish and wax
